Achmad Fahlevi
I am a product manager who builds systems, not just features. Over seven years, I have shipped products across mining, telco consulting, e-commerce, and FMCG — each transition adding a dimension I did not know I was missing.
At ByteDance, I built a multi-location inventory system from zero to one that became one of the platform's largest transaction drivers. I designed a buyer routing algorithm that nobody ever saw and a stock optimization program that cut product unavailability nearly in half. I managed product modules across six Southeast Asian markets, learning that localization is a product decision, not a translation task.
Now at Paragon Technology and Innovation, I lead Product Business Solutions — integrating inventory systems, implementing logistics route optimization, and building the technology layer for one of Indonesia's largest beauty and personal care companies.
Outside of work, I run, swim, and cycle. In 2025 I covered 2,263 km across all three disciplines, raced a 30k mountain trail ultra in Bali, placed top 10 in an aquathlon, and competed in a masters swimming championship. I train consistently, race when I can, and track everything. The endurance sports taught me pacing, resource management, and the discipline of following a plan when the plan stops being fun. Those skills transfer directly to how I manage products.
I build for the long course — in products and in life.
